Les Amis d’Escoffier Society of Hawaii, established in 1994, founded to further the knowledge, education, appreciation and perfection of the art of fine dining.

The aim of the Society is to bring together true epicureans of the culinary profession and loyal friends, who gather at a common table, both in the spring and fall; for exceptional food and wines.

It adopted as its slogan, “ La Serviette au Cou” (tuck your bib in your collar).

Escoffier Society of Hawaii, a non-profit organization, steadfastly  pursues these goals:

• To promote the legacy of Auguste Escoffier to a broader audience and inspire individuals, entering the culinary profession.
• To enhance the art of fine dining by supporting culinary education
• To support students with Scholarships, pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.
